Scaling is common place in CrossFit workouts and especially the case in our Older Generation (OG) classes. Today’s workout was no exception.
The class wod was 100 double unders and 30 dumbbell snatches for three rounds. The OG’s did a brisk walk as a substitute for the skipping and reduced the reps and weight for the dumbbell movement.
Our OG classes are midday Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
